Correct. The attached screenshot shows my Main menu with associated sub-menus.
I would think it more common and useful to be able to move items within a menu, as can be done line by line by using the Up/Down arrows.

You are correct Mark. This is a limitation of QAP. Moving only one item would be easily done. But moving multiple items (selecting them with Ctrl-Click or Shift+Click) caused some issues and, having other priorities at that time, I decided to wait before implementing it. I should work on this soon.
Also, in the next release v11.2 (planned for January) it will be possible to move items in its current menu using drag and drop. You will probably like it.
