  This is should be the last beta release before releasing v10.5. I should be ready to release it when translators can review new text items.
  
  Version BETA: v10.4.9.3 (2020-05-21)
  - add six new entries to QAP Special Folders in
    "Basic" section: "Windows Search"
    "Power User" section: "Notification Area Icons", "Task Manager", "Disk Management")
    "Sysadmin" section: "Event Viewer" and
    "Hardware" section: "Computer Management"

  Nice work Jean. The Special Folders saves time by covering a lot of items I would add manually.

  I like the special folder feature, but with total commander set as file manager - it just open the .msc in it.
  For example: choosing Disk management would open diskmgmt.msc inside TC instead of opening.
  Is this the expected behaviour ?
