I could not reproduce this issue. Here are the steps I did. Could you check if it happens for you as described here:
Take attention to steps 3, 4 and 5.
- Turn the option off in "Options", "Popup Menu" tab
- Save options
- This prompt the Windows security window where I click Yes
- Check that the QAP menu item is removed from Explorer context menu
- Quit QAP before re-installing
- Re-install QAP (re-install the current version)
- Check that there is no QAP menu item in the Explorer context menu.
