The screenshot you attached comes from the "List Applications Windows". In the drop down list at the bottom, if you select "Switch Menu" (I should rename this to "Current QWindows"), you should only see the windows that appear in the "Current Windows" menu. This being said, filtering out the numerous system and hidden Windows from this list is not easy. I did not found a clear guide (in the Windows doc or elsewhere) on how to obtain the same list of application as you have in the Alt-Tab list. If someone has a clue on thisl, please drop in.
This is why there is the "Current Windows Exclusions" in Options ("More" tab) to exclude those you do not wish to see in the menu. More info:
