In Quick Access Popup v9.4.1.4, I fix an error in the "Easy Setup" installer that caused the "Import Folders Popup Settings" (FP is the ancestor of QAP) task to be uselessly executed at every update if user selected that option at initial setup. This option was presented to user only at first installation and it was not intended to be executed when installing a newer version. But it was executed unexpectedly. I did not notice the error myself and users did not report it. At a few occasions, users asked why the installer was asking to select an ini file and it is just now that I understand from where this prompt came from.
Because there are now a very little number of users upgrading from FP to QAP, I removed this option from the installer. FP users wanting to import their settings will have to first run a QAP release pre-v9.4.1.4 to import their settings and then upgrade to the latest version. More info here:

Because there is not changes in the feature set of this release, to avoid useless alerts, I did not change the "check for update" current version number.
