Hello.

First of all my big thanks for this fantastic tool

QAP version: 10.3.6 normal setup
Windows Explorer
Windows 10 Pro

All the time i startup my PC appears massage to add favorite.
Already add and deleted and the problem don't go away.
Can you help me please?

Hi Rootz,

It is really strange! I suggest that you try this:

1) Make sure QAP autostartup is disabled (Options, General, Run at startup). Save Options.
2) Move all the content of your Startup folder ( %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup ) to a temporary folder.
(If you are running from a server, also check the %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder or ask your sysadmin)
3) Restart your computer.
4) If the issue is solved, re-enable the QAP autostartup and reboot again.
5) If the issue is still solved, move back the file shortcuts from the temporary folder to your Startup folder and see if one of these re-introduce the issue.

Let me know how it goes.

Issue vanished by deleting the files at bottom image
