Setting macro as the default for snippets does not persist after saving settings.

My system:

QAP v10.3.1 Installed using Setup
Windows 10 Pro, Version 1809, OS build 17763.973
Default file manager: Windows File Explorer

I fixed it. This will be in the next release. Until then, the value you select in the Options dialog box is correctly saved and used as default when you create a new snippet. This was only a display bug in the Options dialog box.

This is not accurate. In fact, the default setting is lost when you save the Options after any other change. Anyway, the fix will be released shorty.
