When trying to add items from Control Panel, right-clicking says 'Add Folder to Quick Access Popup menu' but when I tried to save the item, an error message says

" This location does not exist" . It seems odd that it says a Folder is being added.

A work around is to create an Application item to the cpl file.

This has been fixed and will be included in the next release v10.3.1.

I just installed version 10.3.1 and this problem is resolved. Thank you for fixing this.
