  Dear All,
  
  was using AHK for starting apps with a shortcut and also text expanding. Wanted to move all operations from AHK to QAP. Text expanding works like a charm. Could not find a way to start apps with shortcut.
  
  AHK:
  !n::Run "C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\notepad++.exe"  - pressing Alt+n starts Notepad++ etc.
  
  Would be grateful if someone clarifies this for me.

  Create a favorite of type "Application" and, in the 2nd tab "Menu Options" of the "Add/Edit Favorite" dialog box, set the keyboard shortcut. More info here:
