Thanks for reporting this Dale. There is not much I can do about this. Every QAP release is digitally signed and is safe to install if downloaded from QAP web site (also protected by a certificate).
There are sometimes 1 or 2 anti-virus (out of 30+) that falsely flag QAP as a threat. I think these alerts are more frequent for recent release. Maybe as more users download or install it the anti-virus databases end up considering the exe file as safe. For the current state of the false positive reports, you can see:

Also, if the IT dept of the organization can/want to do it, you could ask them to "whitelist" QAP (put it on a list of safe programs), explaining that the software vendor is known, easily contacted and that the installer is fully protected by exe/https digital certificates.
