QAP is no longer active when launching

I upgraded to 10.2.1 but now when the QAP Menu launches, it isn't active (so I can't close it, and can't select menus or items using keyboard navigation arrow keys). I can't even make it active using ALT + TAB as it doesn't appear in the running apps list.
Any thoughts on this? Perhaps I need to roll back to an earlier version?

v10.2.1 is running fine for me. Does the QAP icon appear in the Notification zone of the task bar? If you click on it, does the menu appear? -

QAP will appear in the Alt+Tab list only if its "Customize" window is open. Use Shift + Ctrl + C to open it (if you did not change the default shortcut for this menu item). -

Wow that was a quick response!
Yes it is running in System Tray... and Yes it does launch.
Interestingly enough, when I launch it in that manner -- it works (i.e. I can use the keyboard to navigate the menus). But when I launch with CTRL > CTRL 2x it fails (is not active although it appears on top of all other windows). -

Thanks for pointing that out. I execute the menu while I'm touch typing... from what I see, the only command I can execute it with while touch typing (w/o looking at keyboard) is CTRL CTRL. Please let me know if I'm missing another way to execute while typing.
If we can't fix it, can you send me a link to the previous version so I can roll back? -

Nothing changed in the last version that could explain the issue you describe. There may be something else in your configuration. But you can download with these past versions:
