The Simplified Chinese language (ZH-TW) is back, thanks to ilaoyao ! Also in this release, some small bug fixes and improvements.

- add menu item "Open QAP Settings Backup Folder" to the "File" menu
- fix bug when opening folders from DOpus favorites submenus
- support UTF-8 characters in Sponsor Name
- reintroduce Simplified Chinese language (ZH-CN), thanks to ilaoyao
- Korean language update
Because this release does not include new major features or bug fixes, I will not broadcast it for the "check for update".
