I was wondering if there is any way to toggle Bluetooth on / off (or other settings such as Wifi, etc)?

Perhaps this thread was better suited for the suggestions forum... if so I apologize.

Perhaps I need to write a batch file to accomplish this?

Hi Lusayalumino,

This kind of features is a bit too far from the QAP main focus. As you sait, yo could create a batch file or an AutoHotkey script to achieve this and add this script/batch to your QAP menu as an Application favorite.

And, yes, I'll mov this thread to the Suggestions forum.
