FYI, this feature seems to cause some issues (example 1 and example 2). Unless I find a better solution, I will probably add this not if you add hotkey exclusions:
"Be aware that his feature may cause issues when trying to launch a hotkey while the active window is running in elevated (run as admin) mode or in some applications. If these issues are affecting you, keep the exclusions list empty." -

An update on this new feature: I fixed a few bugs in this feature. The option now covers the favorites keyboard shortcuts and the Alternative features shortcuts, but not anymore the Main menu or Alternative menu shortcuts (that caused some issue, for example, when changing folder in a dialog box). These bugs being fixed, I don't think I'll need to put the warning above.
