  Would it be possible to set an option that allow Hotstring (that send snippets) to work even on process/windows that are included in the blacklist ?

  The blacklist only apply to the QAP menu mouse button (Middle Mouse Button, if you did not change it). The blacklist will not affect the QAP menu keyboard shortcut (Windows + W), the replacements of hotstrings or the action of favorites shortcuts.
