Hi Orlith,
If this file was downloaded from QAP website, there is no risk running it (but you will probably never need to run this old utility for Folders Popup users). This file is produced and digitally signed as the other .EXE file in the QAP package. It just seems that some algorithms do not like it at this time... Another false positive.
