Every time you click SAVE in the settings dialog, the dialog closes.
Is it possible to keep de settings window after the uses clicks SAVE.

It's probably also possible to first do all changes in settings and then SAVE.
But my workflow is to always click SAVE every time I change something I suspect this is also with (many) other users?

Just to make sure, you mean in the "Options" window?

It's the settings windows which you can access through [CTRL]+[O]
It's settings window that has at the leftside the buttons:
- General
- Customize window
- Popup Hotkeys
- Popup Menu
- Menus Appearance
...etc
