  After a security update, Quick Access Popup would not launch on my Windows 10 Pro system. I got the error message dialog:
  
  Error: Can't load icon.
  Specifically: C:\ProgramData\JeanLalonde\JLicons.dll
  
  Line # Menu,Tray,Icon,o_JLicons.strFileLocation,60,1
  
  I was able to work around this and get it running again by taking ownership of the folder and its contents, but I'm not likely to be the only user who has this problem, so I wanted to alert you to it.

  I have seen this error before.
  Not too often, once ever couple months maybe. Saw it on my win 11 install last.
  
  I have QAP running portably on drive X:\ so I'm not sure it should be looking for assets on C?
  
  Thought I do have QCE running as a standard install from %a_programfiles% which has put ur dll in program data.

  I wondered if maybe having it on OneDrive was a problem. Perhaps it wasn't synchronizing to my laptop. First, I tried pinning the system files inside the folder so that they were always on my machine, and then I redirected the system files to my desktop. Neither solved the problem. 
  
  As it is right now, I either have the option of re-configuring all my favorites from scratch or not using the application because it won't load with that error.

  Not sure how an OneDrive sync issue would interfere with QAP. Did you install QAP with the setup program or with the ZIP file in portable mode?
