  Hi everyone,
  I’m running into a strange behavior after recent Windows updates and wanted to check if anyone else has seen this.
  System details:

  • QAP version: 11.5.10
    
  • Installation type: Setup installer
    
  • Default file manager: Windows Explorer
    
  • Windows version: Windows 11 Build 22621.819
    

  The issue I’m noticing is that when a file dialog (such as Save or Open) appears, it comes to the foreground and seems to obscure other windows. In some cases, the QAP menu does open, but it stays hidden behind the dialog instead of appearing on top.
  This might be related to recent Windows changes rather than QAP itself, but I’m hoping there’s a known workaround or setting adjustment. If anyone has found a fix or experienced similar behavior, I’d really appreciate your input.

  I don't know this to be the answer but you are on an older version.
  The current version is 12.1.1 . Give it a try. If it doesn't resolve this, it will eliminate it as a solution.

  I cannot reproduce this issue with a newer release of Win 11 Pro build 26200.7623.
  
  Is this happening with all applications? For example, with Notepad's File Open dialog box?
  
  If not, with what app? Is this app running in admin mode?

  I've had this happen as well. It seems random and can't reproduce it regularly.
