  Is it / would it be possible for there to be multiple action options on a Favorite?
  
  For example, for a pdf Favorite, left clicking on it would open it but a right click would give 
  the options of printing, editing, emailing, etc.
  
  Similar to right-clicking on a file in Windows Explorer.

  No this is not possible. You cannot right-click in the QAP menu. This is a Windows limitation. Some Alternative menu features are available by using various keyboard modifiers when clicking a favorite in the popup menu (https://www.quickaccesspopup.com/what-ar...-features/). But this does not allow to select commends inside the favorite you launch.
