  I've searched the forum, but I can't figure out how to open a favorite group in a new browser window.
  They always just open as new tabs in the current window.

  I do this with a Favorite of type App. I do it with Firefox but it could be any browser:
  
     
  
  Then on the Advanced Settings tab in the Parameters field, put the URL's you want to open separated by a space:

  Thanks! That got me in the right direction.
  All I had to do was add these settings to the first favorite in the group, and they now all open in a new window.
