Normally, if you did not change the default settings, the middle button of the mouse opens the QAP menu. Check:

If it does not, there may be something special with your mouse setup.

The issue is that QAP cannot distinguish the taskbar area on your screens. I just found that, if you have two monitors, the taskbar on the first one is internally named "Shell_TrayWnd" (class name). But if you have a second monitor, its taskbar class name is "Shell_SecondaryTrayWnd" and QAP (as it is now) does not recognize it. I don't know what if you have a third monitor. But to solve the issue, I'll check if the class name contains "Shell_ ... TrayWnd".
Please confirm if this issue is only on a non-primary monitor?
