  Today I updated to V11.6.6, but when i try to start it I couldn't open the program.
  This is the error what i got.
  
  Error Can t load icon.
  Specifically: C:\ProgramData\JeanLalonde\JLicons.dll
  Line*

  Menu,Tray,Icon,o_JLicons.strFileLocation,(g_strCurrentBranch <> 'prod'

  The current thread will exit.
  
  How can I fix this?

  The file C:\ProgramData\JeanLalonde\JLicons.dll is created or updated by the setup program. Does it exist? If not, it would have been removed somehow after installation. Re-run Setup.

  I removed QAP, then I reinstalled it the program wouldn't open.
  Then I removed it again and reinstalled 11.6.5.2 and the program works again.
  So I think there is probally something wrong with the new version.

  From my stats, I know hundreds of users are running v11.6.6 now. There is something wrong with the new version on your system, most probably because of your malware protection software. Try adding QAP to the exceptions of your antivirus program (Windows Defender).  See How to Add or Remove Exclusions for Microsoft Defender Antivirus in Windows 10. Before doing that, make sure you install my digitally signed executable files downloaded from this site.

  00. When I download/update i always get my file from here: https://www.quickaccesspopup.com/downloa...ess-popup/
  01. Clean Install Windows in VMWare.
  02. Installed QAP V11.6.6.
  03. It opens and works.
  04. Import Back-Up then it gives the same error as above.
  05. Revert back to 11.6.5.2 backup works again.
  So it has something to do when importing the back-up file, and then it gives the icon error again.
  So that means it has nothing to do with virusscanner. But probally with the dll file from the icon or the backup file .ini.

  Sorry, but nothing changed between v11.6.5.2 and v11.6.6 that could explain this error message.

  Why are you executing this step? And what are you importing? The setup program keeps your setting files as-is. It is never deleted by the setup program. You don't need to import anything after an update.

  01. If I install it on the main rig you always get an error.
  02. When installing it on a clean pc / inside virtual machine that never run qap before it runs without error.
  But ofcourse then it is missing the backup from the main rig.
  03. So that's the reason I imported the backup from 11.6.5.2 to 11.6.6.
  Then when it is imported it won't start anymore and gives the same error back from 11.6.6.
  04. It refuses both on the main rig and clean install vmware that means something has to be wrong with the dll from the backup or the dll from the icon folder. Otherwise it would have run fine on both systems. So that means it can't mean the virusscanner because on the main rig i use eset security and the virtual machine uses windows defender.
