"\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Quick Access Popup\" with the value "QuickAccessPopup.exe"
Also, the Setup program is setting these two keys. Check if they are still OK in your registry (it is recommended to make a backup of your registry before you modify it):
"\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\QuickAccessPopup.exe" with value "C:\Program Files\Quick Access Popup\QuickAccessPopup.exe"
and
"\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\QuickAccessPopup.exe\Path" with value "C:\Program Files\Quick Access Popup".
Of course, adapt values to your program folder if necessary. I hope this helps because if this does not work, I don't see what more I could do.

what do you mean exatly when you write "I'm also running as Admin" ?
According to me, the key point is there.
Since the error message you get when launching QAP, "Create process failed : error 740" is relative to admin rights elevation.
Why QAP tries to run with admin rights ? Maybe due to the rights you had when installing it ?
On the other hand, you indicate you have the problem since an upgrade over a beta version.
So, the first thing I would try (if not yet already done....) is to completely uninstall any previous existing version of QAP, beta or not, reboot your pc, then install a completely new instance as a "standard" user (with setup).
You can before backup the QuickAccessPopup.ini file if you do not want to have to recreate manually all your favorites.

I really hate bothering you people over this issue. I think I'm just going to live with the fact I have to start it manually. This program is an excellent application. I have tried others, and I
find yours extremely useful.
I've done all I can debugging this problem, so I say just forget about it. I'm going to start it manually every time. The only thing I haven't done is roll back my OS. Not about to
right now. Thanks for your help.

How about putting a shortcut to QuickAccessPopup.exe in the Startup Folder?
I start some of my programs there.

It seems that these commands just stopped to work at some point. Tested on Windows 10 and 11. I'll investigate on Inno Setup forum and follow up here.
