Sorry, I should have been more specific. I mean, when I click on "In the Works", then I click on "Frequent Files" or "Frequent Folders", it shows files or folders in those lists that I would like to be able to exclude.
I imagine a setting in the Options would be a way to populate/edit the exclusion list (similar to the "Exclusions list for Mouse trigger").

First, sorry, I responded to your original message understanding that you were writing about Live Folders. My bad...
To exclude any of the items under "My Works", you edit the menu as you would do for any other items:
- open the "Customize" window
- enter in the "In the Works" submenu (from the drop-down list or by double-clicking the "In the Works" entry)
- select the item(s) your wish to remove/move and click the Remove or Move button
- save your changes.

Not quite. Both "Frequent Files" and "Frequent Folders" are dynamically generated, yes? I'm wanting a way to exclude certain files or folders from being included in either dynamically generated list.
For example, for Frequent Folder exclusions, exclude all files in the folder "C:\users\rock\" and its subfolders. In other words, never allow those folders to show up in the dynamically generated list of folders.
For Frequent Files, exclude all files with a .jpg extension, or exclude all files with "fish" in the name, or exclude all files in the folder "C:\users\rock\" and its subfolders.
Perhaps this could use regular expressions, or simply wildcards.
