You can only add Title and where the program is stored.
But even in the advanced option there is no tooltip option.
Example:
Name: Google.
Url: http://www.google.com.
Tooltip (Hover Text): Google | Search Engine.
The reason, I think this is usefull is because then you can keep the titles small for the menu. -

I see. I'd like to do it but tooltips cannot be added to standard Windows menus QAP is relying on. Please read the last section of this post for more details:
