  I ran Tools, Special Search for Favorites not found.
  
  I was able to clean up all items except one.
  I Remove it and run Save and it looks like it is gone.
  
  But when I re-run the search it appears again.
  
  Version 11.6.4.2.1, Windows 10 , installed.
  
  Let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.

  Did you restart QAP? Maybe this would solve the issue?

  Yes, I've restarted several times without success.
  
  It was an unused Live Folder so I deleted the Favorite and that resolved the issue.
