  Is it possible to start the program with a view of the clipboard HISTORY, rather than the last copied item only?
  The most common task I require is choosing between several copied items and pasting them into another program.
  Currently I am forced to start the program, then navigate to the History or Search History window every time.

  Instead of navigating from the editor window, you could open the history directly with the Ctrl+` hotkey or one of its variations. See:

  Opening the History Search and Quick Paste at startup could be added to the wishlist if this is what you would prefer.

  What do you mean? Nothing happen?
  
  In my view, this is a key feature. You could try to change the ` hotkey for another key in "Options, Hotkeys".

  My apologies - I was confusing ` with ' (symbol below tilde with apostrophe).

  The option to open the History Search window at startup has been added to the latest beta release v2.9.7. It will be part of the official release v3 when the documentation is ready.
