I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean loading the dynamic menus at launch and not refresh them when the menu is open?

The QAP menu is built hierarchically and everything needs to be under the main menu (even if it is hidden).

The 'Reopen a folder' menu contains the folders currently open in Windows Explorer (and Directory Opus/Total Commander) and is refreshed instantly when opening the main menu. It would not make the main menu quicker if it was detached.
What you can do to have this menu stand-alone is to assign it a keyboard or mouse shortcut. Edit the 'Reopen a folder' item in the Customize window and in the "Menu Options", select a "Shortcut".
