Warning Message: Change folders in dialog box

I have used another app previously for the sole purpose of remembering previously used folders, and quickly accessing these folders from within the save dialogue when saving a file. ✅ Change folders in dialog box with main QAP mouse and keyboard hotkeys
To do this in QAP, you receive a warning message and have to accept this functionality before it will work.
I am just wondering, why QAP has to warn about this when the other app did not?
The other app seemed to limit the use of previously used folders to select dialogue boxes only - does QAP allow wider use for added functionality?
When at a save as dialogue box, there is the folder address bar at the top, and the file name dialogue box toward the bottom of the windows. You can invoke QAP at either of these dialogue boxes, and it seems to have the same outcome of saving the file in the selected folder. Does it matter which dialogue box is used? (According to the warning message, only the file dialogue even though the folder dialogue seems to also work). The previous app that I used, would only allow the use of the file name dialogue box.
