  Normally when opening a folder in a Open File dialog/Explorer window, it goes to the specific folder.
  However, is this not the expected behavior with files as well? If I have an open dialog box it simply opens the file rather than pastes the link in the dialog and open.
  
  Would be great to have a way to do this... maybe with a keyboard macro?
  
  I end up pointing dialog boxes to specific files occasionally and would be great to shortcut that.
