  • Clicking on start button will open QAP menu.
    
  • Right click on empty space on taskbar will open QAP menu (Instead windows context menu).

  Not sure that Start button can "safely" be overridden. This would require some research but I would not do that. On the Start menu and the Task bar, you can use the Middle Mouse Button to open the QAP menu. Middle-clicking the Start button will open the QAP menu instead of the Start menu.
