Hello,
I had a problem with a hard drive and performed a repair. Now I have this error.
SQLite INSERT Recent Items Error
database disk image is malformed
Error code 11
Extended error code 11
Query INSERT INTO Usage...... VALUES
then along list of items.

Hum. The simplest solution is to delete your database file (QAP_Frequent.DB). You will not loose your menu settings that are saved in the quickaccesspopup.ini file. You will only loose the history data used to build your "Frequent Folders" and "Frequent Files" (and some internal caching data). All this will be restored as you will continue to use QAP.
