In QAP (Options, Popup Hotkeys), you configured pressing Left Ctrl twice as a shortcut to open the QAP menu. This Ctrl key is also triggered when you double press AltGr. Either disable this option or enable the *Tight* Ctrl instead that is not invoked when pressing AltGr.
