  Is there a way to do show desktop or minimize all windows in a single click in qap?
  or trigger a key sequence like WIN + M or WIN + D

  I don't know your Windows version, but in any actual version
  you can click on the far right side of the taskbar 
  to minimize or restore all Windows.

  you can click on the far right side of the taskbar 
  to minimize or restore all Windows.

  Of course not, but what is the reason to send a Win+D with QAP
  when this is already the Windows hotkey to make this function ?
  And yes, you can send Win-Key combinations with QAP.

  I have a group that I want execute and minimize all windows before next action.
  
  I did solve it by adding an ahk file as the first entry that minimized.
  
  I am using windows through rdp from an iPad with Magic Keyboard. so some keys combinations with the windows key is not there and need to be remapped or executed without pressing a physical key.
  
  How do I send keys using qap?

  There is a simpler way to do that with QAP. You can use the "Show Desktop" Special Folder: select "Add favorite", type "Special Folder", section "Power User", add "Show Desktop".

  another question,
  
  lets say I have 10 applications/windows open, in my case I may have several seperate ms edge windows (that is web applications)
  
  I want to create a group that first minimize all and bring one of them to to front. (I only want that one visible)
  I guess this would require qap to look in the windows title bar to decide which window to bring to front.
  is this possible?
  
  ps. I am using keepass, and in that application I can select which of my "open window titles" the password dialog should act on.

  QAP can recognize windows in some situations but not to activate one. This could be easily done using AutoHotkey.

  You might find GlazeWM handy,
  That's window manager that alllows easy switch between applications / windows.
  e.g.
  I have around 13 workspaces, each workspace contained specific application windows (by GlazeWM rules)
  So if I want to switch to teams workspace I press alt shift t,
  Chrome alt shift c
  etc
  So the idea is let GlazeWM handle showing the correct workspace for you without dealing with minimize / maximize

  ok, thanks, I tried the glazevm, and it do have some potential. didnt quite understand how to create serveral workspaces, and it was a bit tricky in rdp with ipad considering not all keystrokes work, will look into it more.
