"Add Favorite" Dialog Comes Up At Windows 11 StartUp

Hi, "Add Favorite" dialog always shows up when starting Windows 11.
I am using Quick Access in my other PC with Win10 and this doesn't happen on that system.
Is there any way I can prevent this? Is this a common bug for Windows 11?

This is very surprising issue. Not a bug. Maybe there is a shortcut that would call QAPmessenger.exe in your startup programs.

Hi, thank you. I checked out the directory which was displayed in the dialog "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" and found the "$McReboot" file and deleted it.
From what I gathered that file was a leftover shortcut from Mcafee software that came bunled with my laptop and it was trying to start a Windows event which somehow triggers the Quick Access' "add favorites" menu. Deleting the $McReboot file fixed the problem. -
