Hi Jean,
I'm still learning to use Directory Opus, and the issue I'm seeing might be due to a DOpus setting... IDK.
The issue:
If I use DOpus, then close it (via X button, which really minimizes it to the systray), then I open a folder with QAP, the folder I open will open as expected, but the previously-used folder will be behind it, in a separate window.
For example I was browsing Program Files, then closed it, then used QAP to open "My folder." My folder opened with a second window right behind it, that had Program Files.
Thoughts on what causes this?

I tried to reproduce this issue but could not. Personally I never click the X button to close the DOpus lister. I minimize it and keep it ready on the taskbar.
If I close it as you do, when I select a folder in QAP, it reopen DOpus with its default Lister settings and tabs (as set in "Settings Set Lister Defaults") with, in addition, the folder I selected in QAP. But it won't open a second separate Lister window.
QAP opens DOpus listers using the DOpusRT.exe DOpus companion app. What you do is executed with a command like this:
"C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopusrt.exe" /acmd Go "C:\" NEWTAB=tofront
You could try to launch this command in the Windows "Run" dialog box (Win+R). Adapt the DOpusRt path if necessasy. See what result it gives. -

Thanks for the reply Jean. Oddly, it is no longer happening... I think restarting Windows fixed it. :- /
If it starts happening again, I'll try the CMD prompt.
