  Hello, I use Affinity Photo and Affinity Publisher 2 and the exe file is located in a very unusual folder 
  

  Code:

  C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\SerifEuropeLtd.AffinityPublisher2_2.3.1.2217_x64__3cqzy0nppv2rt\App\Publisher.exe

  
  If I create a new entry in QAP targeting this file, it won’t work and I’ve got an error message.

  This is a Windows App, not a regular .exe application. These apps bring some limitations from QAP point of view.
