  Is it possible to add to QAP an entry that will execute an AHK script from a path chosen by user - and then to be able to execute that entry / script with e.g. a single Middle Mouse Button click performed on the QAP icon visible in Tray notification area? Just one swift click without a need of navigating to any menu?

  Not with QAP. With QAP, the Middle Mouse Button always open the menu regardless where you click. You could make a script with AutoHotkey and make it double-clickable in the Notification zone.
