Hi, 

I really like QAP so far, I've been testing it but I get couple of issue with QAP. 

One of them is this error message:
 

I have tried to find what application I have that make this quick repetition of hotkeys, I haven't found. 

I use PowerToys, ShareX, Antidote, Everything, My Phone windows App, OBS, amongs others. 


Also, when I go in Options and navigage through the left column buttons (Générale, Fenêtre "Personnaliser", and so on) the QAP hang and it says "not responding" for about 15-20 seconds and come back ok. 



I have tried to run QAP as administrator, but does the same. 

Anyone can help me please?

Running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 French version 22621.1991
I have run the install, but after that, I have uninstalled and run it on portable mode.
AMD CPU
128gb RAM

Have you installed your QAP on a network drive?

Can you show a screenshot of your configuration (right-click on the QAP icon, select "Customize"? Have you defined some "special" hotkeys (please explain) or are you running with the default settings?

Sorry for all the screenshots, might help to find the problem.

I have some special hotkeys in ShareX and also in PowerToys (FancyZones and Keyboard Manager)

Nothing fancy here, it's pretty all by default. 


When I want to switch between settings, I get this: 



I have installed QAP in C:/DATA/Apps Important/Quick Access popup/

I dont know if it's related, but I use a lot Edge browser, when I interact with Edge and go back to options of QAP, it does not take time that it freeze for about 15-20 seconds.

Bonjour Micboule,

These two issues (201 hotkeys and hanging when switching Options sections) are very unusual...

Dis you have the same issue when running QAP installed with the Setup file?

This is not fun, but you could try to disable each of your other apps interacting with the keyboard and see if one app looks suspicious.

Merci pour le retour, thanks for the follow up. 

I've been trying to find the app that causes the issue, unfortunately, I have disabled a lot of apps running in the background and no success... 

One thing I found out is that it happened quite intermittently, when I closed almost all apps in the background, it freezes way less often.



I'll create a new login user and try it from there.

Yes, if you installed it with the Setup program. In Windows Settings, Apps:



Only the quickaccesspopup.ini will be preserved in case you reinstall the app.

Hi QAP admin and users, 

Finally, I haven't been able to found what was the problem. 
I have reformat and reinstall Windows 11 Pro FR version. 

I was having other issue since the upgrade of the Bios Motherboard, it might be the reason, I think...
I downgraded to the previous Bios and decided to reinstall Win11Pro. 

So far so good, I have installed QAP at the first place. Now I'll install other software that I need and If I get the same issue again, I'll mark it down. 

Thanks again for the support ans I'll continue to discover QAP and also Directory Opus from M. Jean Youtube video.
