  Hi,
  
  When I click on customize, it does not open. I see the program icon on the task bar and nothing happens.

  I used Setup to install. 
  
  Shift + Ctrl + C is not working and gives the same result. This happened after updating today. I am using it on two PCs, on the other one I have not updated and it works fine. I will hold updating the working one.

  This is the first time this issue is reported. Maybe your antivirus is blocking QAP on one of your PCs?

  My only antivirus on both PSs is the Windows defender. The installation goes fine and other tasks go well, including opening folders, changing folders and saving to them, etc. It is only "Customize" that causes this strange behavior. I have uninstalled the program and installed it again but it has not solved the problem. Do you think deleting Quick Access Popup folder in Documents and then reinstalling the program could be be helpful?

  Try this: right click in the QAP Tray menu, select Tools, "Restore Customize window position".

  You probably changed your monitor configuration at some point and the Customize window "last position" felt outside of the visible area of your screen.
