  Windows 10 updated last night. This morning, my QAP shortcut key isn't working. I can't find a way to launch QAP at all.
  
  My hotkey is Ctrl-Q. I'm running Windows 10, Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2965).

  I have the same version and I have no issue with the QAP hotkeys. Your Ctrl+Q replaced the main menu hotkey Win+W? Have you tried resetting the default hotkey, test it, change again for Ctrl+Q?

  Thanks Jean. Maybe I'm an idiot, but since the hotkey doesn't work, I don't know how to launch QAP. It's not on my Desktop, or in my Start menu. It also doesn't show in the list of "All Apps" (why?). (I'd like to post a pic of the list but don't see how to do that.)
  
  And if I go to C:\Program Files\Quick Access Popup and click the application file, nothing happens.

  Oh! I see. Maybe it is blocked by your antivirus? Check Windows Defender.
  
  You can also try to reinstall QAP. Make a backup of your quickaccesspopup.ini file for safety.

  I looked but it wasn't. But then I restarted my computer (for the 2nd or 3rd time this morning), and suddenly QAP is working again. Who knows?
