Data in the QAP database comes from two sources: mainly from the Windows "Recent items" (
https://www.quickaccesspopup.com/from-wh...ders-menu/) and secondarily from the QAP menu usage.
In all cases, the location of the folder/file is used to calculate the "popularity" of the location in order to build the "Frequent Folders" and "Frequent Files" menu. This calculation does not differentiate if the location comes from the Recent items or from QAP usage. However, if you are ready to explore the database using a tool like the free app SQLite Browser (see
https://www.quickaccesspopup.com/how-can...ase-works/) and have some SQL knowledge, the "Usage" table contains additional info that would allow to distinguish the sources.
This being said, for the reason explained earlier, this will not help you identify the unused favorites.
