  Ideas from PowerJack:
  
  - show me an "Open-with" QAP submenu ("NotePad", "NotePad++") that I can configure myself for certain file types
  - or just takes over what Windows Explorer already offers in "Open-with"
  
  Other ideas?

  The "open with" is already pretty easy to implement and tailor to specific needs.

  Variations and/or simplifications of the example above can easily be put in to sub-menus (aka "open with" menus) by the QAP user. I use this a lot with a range of applications... and the SEL_LOC variable.
  
  Anyway, a take over function must be opt-in, messing with system menus in Windows is bad voodoo and the user must actively select it (I won't ).
