  This issue did not start with with version 11.6. I'm just getting around to reporting it.
  
  A Group Favorite lists the total number of items instead of the the number of active items which is kind of confusing:
             
  
  My suggestion is to show the count of the active items (4)
  or the number of active items / the total number of items: 4 / 9
