The display of QAP favorits is fine and can be adjusted by the system fonts.
But the display of the Customize screen is much to small.
How can the font or size be configured ?

Is this more an issue now because you have a new HDPI monitor?

No, I have this monitor since many years and have adapted the application settings.
The resolution is 1920 x 1080 and scaling is 100%.
So its not such a HDPI.
