Yep, it's persistent. I've tried:
- Restarting Windows
- Updating my graphics card (Nvidia RTX 2080)
- Multiple size settings on different monitors (7 monitors)
- Tested with and with out both Display Fusion and Actual Multiple Monitors running
- Tested with a taskbar on every monitor and only a single taskbar on the primary monitor
The consistent variable I've found is that if just one of the none primary monitors is set to a different "size of text, apps, and other items", the QAP menu doesn't align properly with the mouse while on any non primary monitors.
It almost seems proportional to the top left of the monitor the mouse is in. If the mouse's x/y position within a monitor is greater, the QAP menu is farther away from the mouse.

I should amend that statement because it is no longer true. I just restarted my PC again and now the problem only happens in the monitors that are set to a different size then the primary monitor.
