  All my items that contain "open with" don't work anymore with version 11.5.8.2
  The version I had installed prior was 11.5.7.
  So something in between those broke it for me.
  When I click on such an entry now nothing happens.
  The path is c:\windows\system32\totalmixfx.Exe in case that matters.
  Parameter is /nc

  The executable c:\windows\system32\totalmixfx.Exe still exists? (I don't have this file in my system32 folder)

  Yes, the exe exists, when I go back to the qap version from June it starts to work again.
  TotalMixFx belongs to the RME studio audio interfaces.
  I load mix scenes for totalmix with qap. Normally I simply could double click the mix scene file but I use the "open with" section because of the parameter I want to use.

  Hum... I suspect something. Could you please help me getting some debugging info from QAP, using v11.5.8.2 (or v11.5.9).
  
  1) Enable the placeholders debug option: see https://www.quickaccesspopup.com/can-i-i...#debugging
  
  2) Enable debugging for the Document favorite you have trouble with.
  
  3) Copy the content of the debugging dialog box that appears when you select this favorite from the QAP menu.

  No need to send me the debug info. I found the cause and fixed it. It will be in the next release (v11.5.9.1).
