  I have a cmd file that when double clicked, runs fine. But when I add it to QAP, it starts the file, but runs into an error and closes.

  At first sight, I would check if the "Start In" in "Advanced Settings" folder in set correctly.

  The program opens with the correct program; cmd.exe, so I didn't know whether it needed anything else. 
  Anyway, I put C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe there, and now I get this:

  I meant the "Start In" folder in "Advanced Settings" of you QAP favorite.

  I don't see a "Start In" there. I used the "Launch with this application." I see the first screenshot when I don't put anything, and I see the last screenshot when I put this:

  Why did you create a Document favorite? Try with an Application favorite.

  The problem was that I focused on the solution instead of the problem. I should have heeded Albert Einstein's words:
  
  “If I had an hour to solve a problem, I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and five minutes thinking about solutions.”

  Send me a pm with the script (if you want), and I will look at it.
  I run a shit ton of powershell, cmd/batch and URI through QAP.
  
  It all works fine.

  The script is open source; you can download the file, webui.cmd, here: https://github.com/sd-webui/stable-diffusion-webui
  
  But as I said, it now works, I just needed to select the Application favorite, and not a Document favorite.
