> The "Navigate in browsers" seems to be related to Internet browsers only. Where if you disable the new "Always open Links in new tab or window" in "Options, Various Advanced Options," it will navigate the current browser tab to this URL instead of opening the link in a new tab.
Correct.
> If Windows Explorer has such an option, I would like to know about it. Would it be possible to open a new folder in a new tab or window when I click the QAP shortcut while in a folder, and not navigate via my current open Explorer folder?
You can do it by opening the Alternative menu, select "Open in a new window" the select your folder. Or, as a shortcut, you can hold Left shift while you select the folder in your QAP menu. There is no option to always open i na new Windows Explorer window.
